Delivery
At IP44 Lights (Lightahome.co.uk) all our products are well packaged
and sent via our reliable carriers. Please allow 7 -10 WORKING
DAYS for delivery although products in
stock can usually be delivered next working day (excluding weekends
& bank holidays) on orders placed before 2.00pm.
The majority of our orders arrive sooner than this but we have
to allow for 'low or out of stock' circumstances. If required,
telephone our hotline (024 7659 1013) to enquire about delivery
dates & product availability. Only products bought within
MAINLAND UNITED KINGDOM are carriage paid when your order total
is in excess of £49.99 (excluding non stock, special order
items such as spare parts, to which we will quote the carriage
price). Our Carrier will attempt to deliver twice to your stated
address. If for any reason it is impossible for them to deliver
on 2 occasions then the customer is liable to pay the re-charge
for the 3rd attempt. (In this circumstance charges are the same
as below)

Returns
Policy
Goods damaged in transit will be replaced providing you keep all
the relevant packaging and inform us as soon as the damage is
noticed (we require as much information as possible) Your claim
must be made within 7 days of posting.
We will refund any product bought at Lightahome.co.uk upto 7 days
after the order was placed and providing the product is still
sealed within its original packaging and not tampered with (excluding
spare parts and special orders). The product cannot have been
electrically fitted.
No refunds will be given after 7 days or if the product has been
tampered with or if the product is a special order (such as a
spare part order placed over the telephone) We cannot accept items
back if they have been electrically installed)
Any unwanted products that have been requested for return by our
customers are subject to a returns charge of 20% off the retail
value paid. This charge is solely a collection charge passed onto
us from our carriers and is in no way a profitable transaction.
If returning a product, please follow the procedures listed below.
1.) Inform us of your problem (we do also require a written explanation
of the problem, indicating the reason for the return.) We will
give you a returns authorisation number.
2.) If the product is eligible for return (which we will tell
you when initial contact is made) Please prepare the parcel.

The customer is responsible for the postage charges on
returns items (we suggest senders use tracked delivery for your
safety) We can arrange for collection for you, although this will
cost £23.50 carriage charge made by our carriers and is
in no way a profitable payment.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations Act you have a right to
cancel your order for any item purchased on this website, for
a full refund. This does not apply to items personalised or made
to your specification. To cancel you can e-mail us, or write to
us (see returns details above) within 7 days of delivery of your
items, quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care
of the items and you must not use them. Items may be returned
to our store or you can arrange delivery to us (sender responsible
for carriage charges, details above) Orders past 7 days from delivery
do not come under these rules and are therefore non-returnable
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
We reserve the right to cancel or not complete any order and provide
a full refund to those affected.
